In the late 1990s, we began to feel God leading us to leave our 'music ministry' and start a church. We went on to pioneer Melbourne Life in November 1998 in the
heart of Kew with our five children.

Eventually, as a direct result of our Discipleship Ministry School [DMS], we witnessed the exciting and spontaneous start of three more churches...
Jakarta Life in 2011, *Nashville Life in 2012 [*Nashville Life is now autonomous]
..and Bali Life in 2022.
​
As we oversee our 'Life Churches' movement [Melbourne Life, Jakarta Life, and Bali Life], we continue to see people's lives transformed by the incredible love of God, and the love that people in community have for one another.
Our basic paradigm is not to use people to build our ministry,
but to use our ministry to build people.
​
He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. To this end I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me.
